Should I use jumper J1, J2 or J3 on this button LED circuit board with 4-3-2 style connections?

We recommend using J1 for push button, one switch(N/O) and light. J2 is a secondary contact if required and J3 is for internal production wiring providing a daisy chain of commons to all pushbuttons.

What is the voltage rating for the push button P/N: *24120 LED circuit board?

There are multiple voltages: 24V AC/DC — 120V AC/DC. This voltage range is for families 7J, B, SB, BEA, CL, HICL.

The push button light stays ON all the time without me pressing button. How do I fix it?

This usually indicates that the signal is not fully grounding, that there is still voltage present on the line. Double check to ensure proper grounding of all signals. If issue still occurs harness 36X60 can be used to cut off the voltage to a specified value. There are harnesses for 120VAC, 120VDC, and 24VDC.

The EFP-120 flexilight system emergency light does not turn ON when the test button is pressed. How do I fix it?

Check the 3 AMP fuse, 5 AMP fuse and the connections of the battery. Battery should measure around 26VDC. Be sure that the output toggle switch is on. Also, the CAB lighting lamps overall load should not exceed 120 watts.

  • Terminal 1 is switch #1 (N/O)
  • Terminal 3 is switch #2 (N/O)

3 positions selector switch

  • Terminal 2,4, & 6 in switch common
  • Terminal 1 is switch #1 (N/O)
  • Terminal 3 is switch #2 (N/O)
  • Terminal 5 is switch #3 (N/O)

The position indicator doesn’t work.

Check the phoenix type connector:
